Three Launchers, slimmer iPhone apps and eight new Games
Players now have three Launchers to choose from, iPhone apps can keep game data separate for a smaller app, and eight Games are added.
From 28 October 2026 players have three Launchers to choose from: NX2Apple, NX Play and NxNative Launcher. All three are community projects, separate from nxnative.
The same day, packing can keep a Game's data (its RomFS) out of the app with --romfs separate, so the IPA itself stays small. At startup the app checks that the separate data belongs to the same game.
Eight Games are added: Persona 4 Golden, Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition, Super Mario Party Jamboree, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Cult of the Lamb, Paper Mario: The Origami King, Batman: Arkham Knight and Bastion.
