About NxNative

NxNative (nxnative.net) is an unofficial information and index site about nxnative, the open-source project that turns Switch games you own into native iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.

Who runs it

NxNative is run by one independent fan of the project. It is not made by the project developers, and it is not affiliated with them, with Nintendo or with Apple.

What the site covers

  • The games nxnative has been tested with, one page per game.
  • Guides to packing a game and installing it on an iPhone, iPad or Mac.
  • Tools that check your devices and write the packing command for you.
  • Launchers: third-party Mac apps built on nxnative.
  • News about changes in nxnative and the projects around it.

Where the facts come from

nxnative's own repository on GitHub is the source of truth for what this site reports. When the project and this site disagree, the project is right: please let us know.

What the site does not do

NxNative hosts no downloads, and it never explains how to obtain keys or game files. It is meant for people using keys dumped from their own Switch and games they own. See Is it legal? for more.
