How Patrick's Parabox runs
Patrick's Parabox plays on the iPhone and is a small Game: its iPhone app came to about 0.2 GB in the last published sizes.
How it runs
On the Mac, testing went through the first-boot language menu, the title, the hub, the first intro puzzle and the second one using undo, reset and the menu. It ran at 60 fps with music, and progress was still there after a restart. Memory use stayed under half a gigabyte.
The game draws Japanese, Korean and Chinese text with the system's shared fonts. Early on those lines came out blank under nxnative. This is fixed, and all ten languages on the language menu now display.
Controls
The puzzle game is played with a controller or the virtual gamepad. It does not read the touch screen. The Packed app starts in the 2D touch layout. Move with the stick or D-pad, B undoes a move, X resets the puzzle and + opens the menu.

Run this in your nxnative folder on the Build Mac. Replace the game folder and the keys path with your own. Add --platform mac-app to get a Mac app instead of an iPhone and iPad app.

Which iPhone, iPad or Mac do I need to play Patrick's Parabox?
An iPhone 15 Pro or newer (A17 Pro chip or later) or an iPad with an M1 chip or later, on iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, or a Mac with Apple silicon. iPads with the A17 Pro chip (iPad mini) have the iPhone 15 Pro's chip but are untested by nxnative. Packing needs a Mac with macOS 26.6 or later and Xcode 27.1.
Is Patrick's Parabox included?
No. Neither this site nor nxnative includes any game. You Pack Patrick's Parabox from your own copy of the game, with keys dumped from your own Switch.
