How AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES runs
AI: THE SOMNIUM FILES plays on the iPhone at 60 fps, with a Packed app of about 8.3 GB. The game is built with Unity.
How it runs
On the Mac, it plays through the logo movie, the title screen with its background videos, the start of a new game, the opening scene and the first investigation with its conversation tutorial, using both sticks. Loading the autosave from the title worked too. Memory use stayed at about 2.3 GB over five minutes.
A few of the game's shaders are geometry shaders, which Metal does not support directly. nxnative now runs them through a compute path, and a test run reached the title at 60 fps without errors.
Controls
The game is played with the gamepad in docked mode. The Packed app starts in the 3D touch layout, because the investigations use both sticks: the left one moves the cursor and the right one turns the view. The right stick is not drawn; touch the right third of the screen away from the buttons to use it.

Run this in your nxnative folder on the Build Mac. Replace the game folder and the keys path with your own. Add --platform mac-app to get a Mac app instead of an iPhone and iPad app.

Packing needs a Mac with macOS 26.6 or later and Xcode 27.1.
