No emulator needed: Team Sonic Racing runs natively on the Apple chip. How nxnative compares with emulators
Running through nxnative

How Team Sonic Racing runs
Team Sonic Racing plays on the Mac with sound: menus run at 60 fps and races at 30 fps, as on the Switch. Tested through the logo movies, the title and the main menu, then a Team Grand Prix in Local Play as Sonic on Wisp Circuit: the race briefing, the team screen, the countdown and about a lap of driving with coins and a slingshot behind a teammate. A second run reached the opening of Team Adventure. There was no crash. The iPhone app is built but not yet tested on a phone.
How it runs
nxnative runs the game with no game-specific fixes. The game saves on its first start, and a second start read that save.
In a race the game used about 2.4 GB of memory on the Mac, steady over a few minutes of menus and racing. On a first run, a few single frames in the race can hitch briefly while the Mac prepares graphics the game uses for the first time.

Run this in your nxnative folder on the Build Mac. Replace the game folder and the keys path with your own. Add --platform mac-app to get a Mac app instead of an iPhone and iPad app.
